Please report any allergies or food intolerances. On request, we are happy to provide bed linen for people with allergies. The safety and wellbeing of our guests is important to us and we want to make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible.

The closest pharmacy is just a 2-minute walk away. The “Pill Apotheke & Drogerie Montana” is located at Poststraße 58. We are happy to provide you with a small medicine cabinet at the reception.

Your health is important to us. In case of medical needs or consultations, the “Arosa Medical Center” is just a 5-minute walk away at Poststraße 18. This medical center offers you professional medical care and medical advice.

Arosa has something for everyone, from skiing and hiking to ice skating, the fascination of bear country, squirrel forest and much more. We would be happy to advise you on planning your activities.

Our location gives you easy access to public transportation. The bus stop is right in front of our hotel and the train station is also just a few steps away.

For sustainability reasons, bed linen is changed twice a week. On request, we can change bed linen more often.

Iron & ironing board

Each of our suites and rooms has an iron and an ironing board in the closet. You are also welcome to make use of our ironing service. The fees for this can be found on the laundry list.

Check-Out

We would like to point out that our entire hotel, including all suites and rooms, is strictly designed as a non-smoking environment. Smoking is not permitted in our premises. Please use the balconies to smoke. In the event of a violation of this non-smoking policy, CHF 1000 will be charged for special cleaning. This is to cover the costs of comprehensive basic cleaning and to restore the fresh and smoke-free ambiance for our subsequent guests. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
